Looking for some Zen in the city?

While renovating their Greenwich Village duplex penthouse during the pandemic, fashion design power pair Bessie Afnaim Corral and Oliver Corral launched Arjé Home, an extension of their cult fashion line, Arjé, where celeb fans like Hailey Bieber sport their shearling jackets.

Now, the couple’s home is on the market for $2.5 million.

The duo — she’s from Turkey, he’s from Spain — made their name co-designing Donna Karan’s Urban Zen line for seven years before launching their own luxury lifestyle brand via global pop-ups.

That earthy vision of understated elegance has extended to home pieces and furniture in neutral tones and natural surfaces — from art to shearling chairs, bedding, ceramics and even curated books, and it’s all in their home, which has been featured Harper’s Bazaar and the New York Times Magazine

The 10th-floor, one-bedroom, two-bath spread is around 1,900 square feet and comes with an outdoor terrace with views of the Empire State Building.

Design details include Art Deco-inspired arches they created to connect the rooms, creating warmth and flow. The home features an open eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, a spiral staircase, black oxidized oak floors, washed limestone walls, oversize windows, built-in storage and a decorative fireplace.

“The warmth we created through all the textures of the home is part of our brand language and essence and is a great space for hosting and gathering, which is so special in New York City,” the couple said in an emailed statement.

The listing brokers are Hayim Nommaz and Michael Johnson of Compass.
