Townhouse broker Ravi Kantha is listing his own historic Brooklyn Heights townhouse for $5.65 million, down from its initial $5.99 million ask.
Kantha, known on social media as “the Townhouse Guy,” recently sold NBA legend/coach Steve Nash’s Brooklyn townhouse, as Gimme Shelter reported.
Kantha’s own four-story red brick home, on Joralemon Street, dates to 1846.
He bought for $2.62 million in 2019.
The historic home comes with four bedrooms, three baths and was recently gut-renovated by the architecture firm Baxt Ingui.

Design details include wide-plank white oak floors, custom cabinetry and lots of storage.
There’s a parlor floor, accessed by the stoop entry, and a living room at the front of the townhouse with a custom marble fireplace.
